Sherrié Raleigh joined the Archway team in May 2019 as the Archway Professional for Pulaski County.

After graduating from Mercer University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts in English and Broadcast Communication, Raleigh worked for over ten years at the Government Employees Insurance Company as a liability claims adjuster and a medical claims adjuster. She left the insurance field in 2015 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in History at Middle Georgia State University in 2017. During the summers of 2017 and 2018, she worked for the Georgia Department of Natural Resources as a Naturalist at Indian Springs State Park in Flovilla, Georgia. From 2018-2019, Raleigh served as the Archway Partnership’s Historic Preservation Graduate Assistant.

In 2019, she completed her Masters in Historic Preservation from the University of Georgia. Her thesis examined post-World War II food manufacturing facilities of Macon, Georgia and ideas on potential adaptive reuse for such structures. She currently lives in her hometown of Macon.
