Angel Jackson
Dr. Angel Jackson joined the Archway Partnership in 2010. She has served in various capacities over the years, including communications, budget and finance, human resources and project management across all of the Archway communities. She currently serves as an operations coordinator working closely with other public service units, and building relationships with schools and colleges at UGA and other higher education institutions. During her time at Archway she has overseen community operations, managed a $1.5 million USDA grant and plays an active role in various PSO-wide initiatives.
Prior to joining the Archway Partnership, Angel worked for the UGA vice president for student affairs and before that, she taught English in Verona, Italy. Dr. Jackson is a proud ‘triple dawg’ who earned her BA in speech communication, her master’s in public administration, and her doctorate in workforce education, all from the University of Georgia. Dr. Jackson’s areas of expertise include facilitation, community and economic development, workforce development, community engagement strategies, and team building. Lastly, Angel is a proud graduate of multiple leadership development programs including being a member of the 2020-2021 class of Leadership Georgia.
