Leadership McDuffie visited Athens for their opening retreat this fall, facilitated by faculty from the J.W. Fanning Institute for Leadership Development. As part of the retreat, Fanning’s Brittany Adams-Pope led the class through equine-assisted leadership training. In this session, class members led horses through a series of tasks, all the while learning about how their communication, energy and body language impact their leadership.
